Ethel (Mama Mae) Mae Worley departed this life at Wynhoven Health Care Center on Saturday, February 26, 2011 at 12:23p.m. Mother of Andree (Valerie) Franklin, Connie Franklin (Anthony) Williams, Laverne McDonald, and Patrick McDonald. Daughter of the late Paul and Rose Lee Worley. Sister of Rosa Mae Davis, Agnes Warren, and Wilfred Worley. Devoted friend of Lore Bowman, also survived by 16 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 3 godchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 75 years a native of Paincourtville, La. and a resident of Avondale, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Little Zion B.C. # 3 and all neighboring churches. Employees of Jefferson Parish Public School System, Jefferson Community Action Program, Wynhoven Health Care Center are invited to attend the funeral service at Little Zion Baptist Church # 3 441 Wilson St. Marrero, La. on Friday, March 4, 2011 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Norman D. Smith, III officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, La.
