Jimmie Lewis Harris departed this life on Monday, May 14, 2012 at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank. Father of Shawanda Wilson and the late Jimmie Houston. Son of the late Jim Jones, Sr. and Roberta Harris Craft. Stepson of the late Willie B. Jones. Grandson of the late Willie Bell and Joseph Harris. He is preceded in death by 3 brothers and 7 sisters. Also survived by 2 grandchildren, 10 sisters, 12 brothers and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 49 years a native of Copiah County, Ms. a former resident of Utica, Ms., and a resident of Harvey, La. for the past 3 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Westhaven Memorial Funeral Home, 306 Depot St. Utica, Ms. on Saturday, May 26, 2012 at 1:00p.m. Visitation will begin at 12:00p.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
