Corey Tremaine Hodges

Corey Tramaine Hodges departed this life on Monday, November 22, 2010. He was a graduate of Edna Karr Magnet High School Class of 2000 and was presently attending college. Son of Melvin S. Willis, Sr. and Prophetess Serina H. Woodery. Stepson of Warren Woodery. Brother of Kelvin Christopher Hodges. One step sister by marriage, and other siblings on his fathers side. Grandson of Mrs. Naoma Willis. Age: 28 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Stephen Baptist Church, Life Center Cathedral, New Home Ministries, MSJ Ministries and all neighboring churches. Employees of Avondale Shipyard and Serenity Homes of New Orleans, Inc. are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe St., Gretna, La. on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Valerie M. Hooks of Truth in the Word Ministry officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor. Interment: McDonoghville Cemetery- Gretna, La.
