Benjamin JYD Frazier departed his life on Thursday, June 2, 2011. Beloved husband of 3 years to Joyce (Alma) Frazier. Loving father of Chan (Terry) Johnson, Gretchen Frazier(Troy) Walker, Tara Frazier(Anthony) Horton, Donald Frazier and the late Yolander Frazier. Step father of Wayne Hill, Jr., and Tiawanna Hill. Son of the late Spencer and Pearly Thompson Frazier. Brother of Ellen McGinnis; also survived by 10 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 72 years a native of Waterproof, La. and a resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Heavenly Star Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend a Celebration of Life Service at Heavenly star Baptist Church, 1020 Cohen St., Marrero, La. on Saturday, June 11, 2011 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Mack Stokes, host pastor- Pastor Terry Johnson of New Jerusalem Church of Macon, Ms.-officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
