Raymond Haywood, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Thursday, December 6, 2012 at 5:30a.m. Husband of Pamela Ruffin Haywood. Father of Raymond Haywood, Jr., Steven Haywood, Kimberly Haywood Foxworth, and the late Julius Haywood, Sr. Son of the late Robert and Marguerite Haywood. Grandson of the late Georgiana Foster and Robert Palmer. Brother of Edward Haywood, Sr., Alvin Haywood, Sr., Rev. Curtis Haywood, Sr., Ervin Haywood, Sr., Rita Feast, Doris Ancar, Marion Smith, and the late Earl Haywood, Sr., Ronnie Gibson, Robert Haywood, Jr., Warren Haywood, and Edith Haywood. Uncle of the late Tory Ancar and Toryelle Depron. Son in law of the late Marion Monroe. Brother in law of the late Gloria Haywood, also survived by 12 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 58 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Harvey, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Loving Faith Baptist Church, Providence Missionary B.C., Evening Star Baptist Church, and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Loving Faith Baptist Church 45 Fifth St. Gretna, La. on Friday, December 14, 2012 at 11:00a.m. Dr. Lawrence St. Cyre officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
