Mother of Nicole (Anthony) Parker of Houton, TX., and David (Danielle) Gaines of Marrero, LA. Grandmother of Joshua Parker and special mother of Nelson (Jacqullyn) Carter, Jr. Daughter of Harriet Gaines and the late Harry Gaines, Sr. Step-daughter of Henry Roussell, Jr. Sister of Denise (Royal Jr.) Bellock, Contrella Norman, Sylvia Gaines, Melinda Hill, Tammy (Merwin) LeBlanc of Brooklyn, N.Y., Ricky (Adaline) Patterson, Guy (Marie) Patterson, Sr., Henry Roussell, III, Roderick (Chiquita) Roussell, Sterling (Laverne), Harry (Eunice) Gaines, Jr., Stanley (Effie) Gaines and the late Larry Gaines. Sister in law of Cora Campbell, James Campbell, Jr., and Jerry Campbell. Niece of Ida (Robert) Williams. Preceded in death by her grandparents. Phyllis memories will be treasured by her immediate family and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousin, other relatives and friends. Age: 50 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Marrero, La.
