Shirley Ann Webb passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, September 23, 2011. Fiancé of Larry Melancon, Sr. Mother of William L. Melancon, Larry Melancon, Jr., and Devin T. Melancon. Daughter of the late Dan and Irean Webb, and William J. Hawkins. Sister of Ziporiah Green, Carrie Williams, Patricia Billy, Zebedee Webb, Timothy Webb, Sterling Givens. Sister in law of Beatrice Webb. Niece of Adam and Mayonia Lee. Cousin, best friend and confidant of Cathy Howard, also survived by 3 half sisters and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, nephews, in laws and friends. Age: 53 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Baton Rouge, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Algiers Church of God In Christ Bishop Gerald Hawkins, New Jerusalem Baptist Church Rev. Alvin Wayne Tate, Progressive Church Pastor Sterling Melancon, and neighboring churches. Employees of Rite Aid Pharmacy, J. H.
