Shelley Jean Williams passed away on Monday, April 18, 2011 at Ochsner Hospital Jefferson Beloved mother of Marvin (Lisa) Nevels, Sherry Nevels (George) Curvin and Shandel Nevels. Proud grandmother of Ireana, Quentin, Reniqui, Blake ,Dylan, Adrian, Ebony and Julius. Daughter of the late Frank Newell, Jr. and Ruby Newell. Sister of Carolyn Newell, Lavon Newell, Frank Newell and the late Rudolph Newell and Jerome Newell, also survived by 6 stepchildren, 2 sisters in law and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends. Age: 63 Years Native of Crystal Springs, Ms. and a resident of Algiers, La.
