Deborah Butler Davis Carraby, passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, June 27, 2011 at 6:30p.m. at West Jefferson medical Center. Deborah enlisted in the United States Army in 1976. She was employed by University Hospital until diagnosed with lung cancer in 2009. Loving mother of Kikoa (Thomas) Bienemy, Wilton, III, Wokenia, and Wokyshia Carraby. Grandmother of Akyra Pierce, Kayla Thomas, Traiona and Janiya Carraby and Kennede Bienemy. Daughter of Wilfred, Sr. and Ethel Butler. Sister of Wilfred (Karen) Butler, Janice Brown Payne and Mary Robinson. Close Friend of Tammy Brumfield, Bertha Franklin, and Edison Fleming; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends Age: 56 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Marrero, La.
