Monique Brown Morris departed from her earthly life at her residence on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 2:45p.m., the trumpet sounded and the Lord said, Well done my child, come home, your work on earth is done. Devoted loving wife of 16 years and friend for 18 years to Albert Lee Morris. Daughter of Thelma Oatis and L.B. Brown of New Orleans, La. Sister of Nicole Maxwell, Tollea Lambert, Ericka Lambert, Teresita Bell, and Donald V. Winfrey, Jr. Daughter in law of Lillie Mae Morris. Niece of Sallie Hilliard and Dianne Jackson, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and countless friends. Age: 41 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Life Center Cathedral, and neighboring churches.
