Carol F. Lacy departed this life on Wednesday January 27, 2010 at West Jefferson Medical Center. Wife of Rev. William Lacy, Jr. Mother of William Lacy, III and Joshua A. Lacy. Daughter of the late Delton and Annie Marie Manley. Sister of Leonard (Sharon) Manley, Sr. of St. Louis, Mo., Darryl (Barbara) Manley of New York, Darlene Manley of Tn. Daughter in law of Elaine C. Lacy. Sister in law of Sonji Lacy of South Carolina, Andrea (Joseph) Ratliff, and Michelle (Richard) Williams both of La. Niece of Patricia Gibson of In., Ruby Johnson of La., and Evelyn Walton of Tn., also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of New Life Church of Christ Holiness and all churches of Christ Holiness, White Dove Ministry, and Vineyard Ministries.
