Allen Al D Dorsey went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 24, 2012. Son of Rita Mae Patterson and the late Clarence Allen Dorsey. Grandson of the late Savanna Boutee. Fianc Louise Reaux. Father of Janel and Allen Ussin, Desilynn Richardson, Raynika and Niquika Massey. Stepfather of Fayreyanda Thomas, Patrick, Donald, and Sherry Reaux and the late John Reaux. Brother of Kirby (Angela), Kenneth (Eva) Kalvin (Denise), Yolanda Dorsey and the late June LeBlanc and Francillia Patterson. Nephew of James (Brenda) Manson, John (Mesalena) Pollard and the late Gail Martin. Great nephew of Raymond (Idelma) Mason, also survived by 22 grandchildren, 2 godchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Allen attended LB Landry High School and through the years he has been employed by the US Postal Service and Cedar Point Apartments. Age: 54 years a lifelong resident of Algiers, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Mt. Sinai and Providence Baptist Churches and neighboring churches.
