Terry Lynn Tinson

Terry Lynn Price Tinson departed this life at St. Theresa Hospice Center in Kenner, La. on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at 2:30p.m. She was a 1979 graduate of O. Perry Walker High School and attended SUNO. Terry was employed with Securitas as a security guard and a former employee of the New Orleans Naval Air Station Commissary. Beloved wife of Louis Tinson, Jr. Loving mother of Howard (Giayana ) Ross, Jarvis Ross, Louis Tinson, III, and Brianna Tinson. Grandmother of Lennox Ross. Daughter of Curtis Price, Sr. and the late Theresa Mosley Price. Step-daughter of Dorothy Price. Sister of Curtis Price, Jr., Warren (Yvette) Price, Daniel (Lisa) Johnson, Charlene Price Todd, Stacey Price (Marvin) Miller, Elaine Ruffin and Gilda Mosley. Granddaughter of the late Henry and Amelia Price and Willie and Lucinda Walker. Daughter-in-law of Anna Mae and Louis Tinson, Sr.; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 51 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Harvey, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Second Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Second Baptist Church, 2836 Sullen Place New Orleans, La. on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 11:00a.m. Pastor Taza Green, officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
