Gelinda Gee Miller, a homemaker and former cosmetologist, departed this life on Thursday, October 4, 2012 at her residence. Loving mother of Aretha, Tuleisha, John and Kia Miller. Grandmother of the late Mitchel Ricard. Great grandmother of the late MyKel Miller. Daughter of Lucinda Miller and the late Doy Miller, Sr. Sister of Doy Miller, Annie Cooper and the late Charles Miller; also survived by 6 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 59 years a native of Bogalusa, La. and a resident of Laplace, La. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe St. Gretna, La. on Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 11:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
