Fred (Ricky) Wilson, Jr., a former employee of T. L. James Construction Company, departed this life at Carrington Place on Tuesday, September 18, 2012. Father of Danielle Gilbert of Luling, La., Ricky Brooks, Steven Brooks and Crystal Wilson all of Milwaukee, Wi. Son of the late Elouise and Fred Wilson, Sr. Brother of Robert and Nickey Wilson, Gladys Williams of Hammond La., Charlene Gordon of Greensburg, La., Lillian Ann Bates of Mississippi, Dianne Clofer, Gloria Riley, Elaine Battles and Brenda Thornton all of New Orleans, La.; also survived by 17 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 59 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe St. Gretna, La. on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 10:00a.m. Minister Charlene Gordon, officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
