Henry Lee Skinny Williams departed this life on Sunday, August 1, 2010 at Tulane Medical Center. Beloved father of Troylynn Williams(Kevin), Myra George, Byron George, Cornell Garrison, and the late Terrance George. Grandfather of Marlon George, Myreon George, Dominque Williams, and Denterrion Tate. Great grandfather of Malayshia George. Son of the late Roosevelt Williams, Sr. and Emmaline Lewis Williams. Brother of Leonard (Mary) Williams, Sr., Orelia Williams Porter (late Melvin), Mercedes W. Jones, and the late Roosevelt Williams, Jr. Devoted uncle of Dr. Jacqueline (Joseph) Harrison, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 73 years a native and a resident of Harvey, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church and neighboring churches. Employees of Jefferson Parish Sheriffs Office, Jefferson Parish Department of Parks & Recreation, Vincent Security Services, Childrens Hospital, U. S. Postal Service, COX Communications and Pathfinders Healthcare are invited to attend the funeral service at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church 922 Estalote St. Harvey, La. on Friday, August 6, 2010 at 9:30a.m. Rev. Dr. John Austin Brooks, Sr. officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m.until service time at the above named church. Interment: Young Lady Benevolent Cemetery-Morristown, La.
