Alfred Scooter Taylor, Jr. departed this earthly life on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at University Hospital in New Orleans, La. Loving father of Alfred Taylor, III. Companion of Rochardnia Ra Ra Rudolph. Devoted, loving and caring son of Kimberly Collins and Alfred Taylor, Sr. Stepson of Warner Collins and Charlotte Taylor. Brother of Kiara Taylor, Alfreneisha Duchane, and Warner and Wynton Collins. Step-brother of Dominque Allen, Angelle (Albert) Watkins, Rhonda Cain and Thomas Cain. Loving grandson of Janice Currie, Jerry Brown and the late Maybell Taylor. Nephew of Chareise Chaney Baham, Christine C freedom Brown, Yahjah Brown, Sylvia (Issac) Williams, Angela (Micheal) Larkin, Pamela (George) Reedr, Alice Taylor, Terry (Dedra) Townsend, Jerry (Jontel) Brown, Albert Edwards Brown, Bryan Brown, Brandon (Zeta McDonald) Brown, Mark (Tonja) Taylor, Kevin Taylor and the late Deborah and LeKeshia Taylor. Also survived by a host of cousins other relatives and friends. Age: 17 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers and members of Gentilly Baptist Church are invited to attend the funeral service at Gentilly Baptist Church, 5141 Franklin Ave., New Orleans, La. on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 10:30a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:30a.m.until service time at the above named church.
