Vivian Lightell Sylve

SYLVE Vivian L. Sylve, a homemaker, was called home to Heaven on November 4, 2010. She was 86. Mrs. Sylve was a resident of Bootheville, La until Hurricane Katrina when she came to Gretna, La. Survivors include her 5 children: Linda, Jerry, William, Kathy, and Leatrice, her devoted sister Elta Barthelemy, 17 grandchildren, 68 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren. A funeral will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Shiloh Baptist Church located at 723 Magellan St. in Gretna, La. Davis Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
