Elvis Tall Guy McClellan, Jr. departed this earthly life on Friday, May 6, 2011. He graduated from Jefferson Parish Boy Scout Club and was an active member of Positive Image Modeling School and Habitat for Humanity (FL.) Devoted, Loving and caring son of Elvis McClellan, Sr. and Faye McClellan. Loving grandson of Betty Robertson, Elijah Stewart, Carrol Washington, Earl Battle, and the late Frederica Washington. Brother of Moneshell Stewart. Nephew of Alvin Reynolds and James Battle, Rose Reynolds, Virginia Battle, Shenita McClellan, Carol Foy, and the late Gerald and David Holmes. Close companion of Jennifer Jackson, also survived by a host of cousins other relatives and friends. Age: 19 years a native of Gretna, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Behold Lamb of God Worship Center, and neighboring churches, Employees of Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority and Burger King are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, La. on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
