Mississionary Naomi T. Jones

Missionary Naomi Ruth Jones entered eternal rest on Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at West Jefferson Medical Center. Mother of Geraldine J. Williams, Naomi Marie Jones, Thomas Jones, Jr. (Carlene), Earl Jones, Sr., and Milton Jones and the late Melvin Jones, Sr. Mother in law of Rebecca Jones and Pamela Jones. Daughter of the late Willie Ruth, Sr. and Lizzie Cummings Ruth. Sister of Lucille R. Brown and Roselee Blunt and the late Willie Ruth, Jr., Lizzie R. Gilmore, and Nancy Ruth Cobb. Grandmother of the late Eldridge R. Jones. Great grandmother of the late Alyssa Annabella Brown, also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Avondale Church of God in Christ are invited to attend the funeral service at Avondale Church of God in Christ 202 Mission Court Avondale, La. on Saturday February 20, 2010 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
