Mildred Dorothy Beco Russsell

Mildred Dorothy Beco Russell, a homemaker, departed this life of Saturday, December 8, 2012, at the age of 79. She was a native of Reserve, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Devoted wife of Arthur Russell, Jr. Loving mother of Edward, Mark, Carlos (DeShannon) George, Tonette Russell and the late Arthur Rickey Russell. Daughter of the late Edward Beco and Videlia and Morris LeBlanc, Sr. Sister of Patricia (Wade) Williams, Roland (Juanita) and Morris (Cheryl) LeBlanc; also survived by 26 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of New Zion Baptist Church, Second Zion Baptist Church, Potters Wheel Family Life Center, Pilgrim Baptist Church of Reserve, La., St. John Baptist Church of Mt. Airy, La. and all neighboring churches; employees of Capitol One Bank- Gretna, La., Jefferson Parish Correctional Center, Wal-Mart Stores, Office of Congressman Cedric Richmond, Belle Chasse Academy, and Russell Trucking are invited to attend the Funeral Service at New Zion Baptist Church, 1131 Garden Rd. Marrero, La. on Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Austin Dennis, officiating Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
