Sharon Scott Adams, a private sitter departed this life at Riverbend Nursing Facility on Thursday, April, 19, 2012. Mother of E. Adrian (Lori) Adams, Trudy Lyn Adams (DeWauna) Allen, and Theron Joseph Keith Adams. Daughter of the late Beulah Mae Scott and Ras Varnado, Sr. Sister of Leroy Lewis, Geraldine Fairman and the late Vernita Chopin and Ras Varnado, Jr., also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Age: 63 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Gretna, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Fischer Community Church, Household of Faith, Second Zion B.C., St. Paul Baptist Church, The Hope of Glory Church and neighboring churches. Employees of Jefferson Parish Clerks of Courts, Plaquemines Parish School District , and City of Gretna are invited to attend the funeral service at Household of Faith 2074 Paxton St. Harvey, La. on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at 11:00a.m. Pastor Antoine Barriere host pastor / Bishop James Nelson Brown officiating Visitation will begin at 10:00a.m. at the above named church.
