Loving father of Natasha (Oscar) Washington and Ashley Marie Adams. Devoted grandfather (Paw-Paw) of Tirrell, Jr., Delvin Williams, A Nyrah Lewis and Herbert Grayson, Jr. Son of the late Louis Adams, Sr. and Iona S. Adams. Brother of Roselee A. Williams, Susie, Vera, Ella, Joseph (Patricia), Pernell (Vanessa) and Chris Adams and the late Dimitrie Adams. Grandson of the late Paul and Hattie Adams, Sam and Alma Scott. Son-in "law of the late Curtis, Sr. and Rita Carter. Father-in-law of Oscar Washington. Brother in-law of Barbara Carter, Catharine (Roy) Clark, Patricia C. Adams, Delona , Curtis, Jr., and Ronnie Carter, and Troy Chest. Adopted son of Jules and Louella Nunez and family Randy, Kirby, Shaney, Trudy and Christy; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Louis was preceded in death by his Godparents, 3 brothers-in-law, 18 aunts and 13 uncles. Age: 64 years a native and resident of Barataria, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of St. Anthony and St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Churches, pastors, officers and members of Life Center Cathedral, Greater St. John Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; the communities of Lafitte, Barataria, Crown Point including all businesses and schools are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 2623 Jean Lafitte Blvd. Lafitte, La. on Saturday, April 14, 2012 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
