Charles Ray ONeil, a retired employee of the Jefferson Parish Parks and Recreation Department, departed this life on Monday, August 20, 2012 at his residence. Son of James ONeil and Ruth Boykin Bryant. Brother of Leonard Boykin, Terry Taylor and Kathy Ellerson; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 60 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Harvey, La.
