Dolores Dee Marain Peterson Marshall, age 80, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at her residence. Beloved wife of Richard Marshall. Loving mother of Emilian (Kim) White of Houston, Tx., Tonya White of Marrero, La. and the late Angela and Carmen White. Devoted grandmother of Vassimo Dillard, Kameron, Emaya and Maxemilian White. Great-grandmother of Sean Dillard, Jr. Daughter of the late Rev. Bennie Peterson and Sarah J. Peterson. Sister of the late Harold, Verlin, Robert Sterling and Andrew Peterson. Aunt and godmother of Janice Abernathy of Cleveland, Oh.; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. A native of Cleveland, Oh., and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Little Zion Baptist Church #3 and all neighboring churches; employees of Jefferson Parish Head Start are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Little Zion Baptist Church #3, 441 Wilson St. Marrero, La. on Saturday, May 12, 2012 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Norman Smith, officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church.
