Lawanda Meme Renee Reed departed this life on Friday, July 20, 2012 at West Jefferson Medical Center. Devoted mother of Milton, Jr. and Daniel L. Young; their father Milton Young, Sr. Daughter of Freddie Reed, Sr. and the late Eartha M. Reed. Stepdaughter of Ida Hampton and Lee Taylor. Sister of Jeffery Williams and Freddie Reed, Jr. Niece of Rudolph Williams, Karl McGee, Frank Palmer, Johnny Taylor, Helen Lamark and Eula Mcgee. Devoted friend of James Kennedy; also survived by 1 stepbrother, 4 stepsisters and a host of other family and friends. Preceded in death by her grandparents and two sisters. Age: 36 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of New Zion Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at New Zion Baptist Church, 1131 Garden Rd. Marrero, La. on Monday, August 6, 2012 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Austin Dennis, officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m until service time at the above named church. Interment: Mt.
