JONES Mr. Darrell Bradford Jones was the youngest child in a family of five, born to the late James and Dora Mae Jones. He was called to rest by God the Father Almighty on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at his home. He was baptized at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church in Marrero, LA. He graduated from West Jefferson High School in Harvey, LA. He was employed with Jefferson Parish Public Works Sewerage Department for 16 years. He leaves to cherish: 1 brother, James B. Jones; two sisters: Jacqueline D. Turner and Sungerett Wilson; 2 brothers-in-law: Eric Wilson and Thomas Turner; 4 nieces: Tara Robinson, Lacrecia James, Kristal Wilson and Danielle Wilson; and 4 nephews: Ralph and Ronald Hart, Juan Jones and Michael A. Jones. He was preceded in death by his father, James Jones; his mother, Dora Mae Jones; and his brother, Michael W. Jones. Relatives and friends of the family; employees of Jefferson Public Works Sewerage Department, UNO, Malkem International Corporation, Social Security Administration Disability Office and Total Community Action, Inc. are invited to attend Funeral Services at St. Joseph the Worker Roman Catholic Church, 455 Ames Blvd. on Friday, April 9, 2010 at 9:30 a.m. Visitation from 8:00-8:45 a.m. Interment at Restlawn Park Cemetery, Avondale, LA.
