Madella Madeline Larrieu ,a loving and caring wife and mother was called home by her father on Sunday, May 9, 2010. Wife of 32 years to the late Louis Larrieu. Mother of Michael Larrieu, Louis Larrieu, Vincent Larrieu, Malcolm Larrieu, Jeniece Cennet, Lucille Johnson, Vanessa Larrieu-Gibson, and Victoria Sebourne. Daughter of the late Stella Davis and Ernest Maneau. Sister of Gertie Narchisse and the late Margaret Washington, Ethel Thomas ad Josephine Mano. Sister-in-law of Sterling Narchisse. Mother- in-law of Lionel Johnson, David Gibson, Selwyn Sebourne, Jeanne Larrieu, Rose Marie Larrieu, and Margie Larrieu; also surivived by 22 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 84 years a native of St. Martinville, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also priest and parishioners of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church and members of Sidonia McCarthy Court 125 are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 455 Ames Blvd., Marrero, La., on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
