Harry C. "UNC" Goudy, Sr. , born January 15, 1958, in New Orleans, LA. He attended West Jefferson High School and was employed with Jefferson Parish Water Department (East & West bank) for over 20 years and later Sodexho, Inc. until his health no longer permitted. He was one of 10 children born to the late James "Poppa" and Nora Armstrong Goudy. On Monday, January 14, 2013 at age 55 Harry Sr. quietly and willingly answered the Master's call. He leaves to mourn his wife, Evelyn K. Goudy of 33 years; 3 children: Harry Jr., Renzell Sr. and Shabrell Goudy; adopted son, Michael Voisin; daughter-in-law, Sheconda Goudy; 7 grandchildren: Cortez, Keian, Ramiyah, Renniyah, Rennaja, Rennae, Renzell Jr. and Bear Lucky Goudy (family pet); godson, Shelton R. Keller; 8 siblings: Pam, Robert, Paul (Deidra) Goudy and Brenda Goudy LaSalle of Marrero, Tammy of Baton Rouge, William of Eastern New Orleans, Ray of California and Alfred Goudy of Fort Wayne, IN; mother in law Helen P. Keller and the late Rene Keller, Sr.; 8 sisters-in-law: Barbara K. Beard (late Edward), Brenda K. Cooks (Robert), Helen K. Brown (James), Gwendolyn, Althea, Cheryl and Terrace Keller, and Myra K. Kennedy; 2 brothers-in-law: Rene J. Keller, Jr. (Dorothy) and Ron K. Keller, Sr. (Treva); a host of nieces, nephews, great -nieces and nephews, and devoted friends: Blaine Meredith, Eddie Williams, Sr., Ralph Wayne, Sr. and Jerome Trice. He was preceded in death; his sister, Virginia "Cal" Goudy; 3 brothers-in-law: Edward J. Beard, Joseph Blunt and Julian Merren; niece, Keian Blunt; and a great-nephew, Troy Williams, Jr. Special thanks to: Internal Medicine/Primary Care (Thomas Melancon, MD), West Jefferson Radiation Oncology, Crescent City Hematology & Oncology (Milton W.
