Ken Mayfield, an employee of Hein's Contractors, departed this life on Monday, January 14, 2013 at 11:45a.m. Loving father of Xian Henry. Beloved son of Ken Every and Yolanda Mayfield Massey. Stepson of Zachary Massey and La'Keya Blakes. Brother of Derrick Mayfield, Kentrell Every, Christopher Ketchens, Rinesha Mayfield and Kenbriane Mayfield. Grandson of Lawrence (Adrianne)Mayfield, Michael Green, Lucille and Royal A. Every, Ida Taplett and the late Carolyn Green. Great grandson of the late Mable Jones. Nephew of the late Shannon and Corey Mayfield, Irvin Bocage and Robert Nichols; also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 20 years a native and resident of New Orleans, La.
