Linda Ruth Bratton

Linda Ruth Bratton peacefully entered into eternal rest on Sunday, January 20, 2013 at West Jefferson Medical Center. She was an employee of Jefferson Parish School Board for 27 Years. Devoted mother of Joemone, Donell and Lorenzo Bratton. Loving grandmother of Nailah Bratton. Beloved daughter of Earenstine Bratton and the late Harvey Massey. Granddaughter of the late Ruth Bell Vance, Harold Bratton, and Harvey and Laura Massey. Sister of Barbara Bratton, Micheile (Melvin) Gregory, Willie, Oscar (Shirley), Darnell (Sandra), Larry and Gregory (Monica) Bratton. Niece of Martha Massey; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 48 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Avondale for 43 years.
