Corinne Coleman Wallace departed this life at Canon Hospice on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 2:30a.m. Beloved mother of Alex (Emma), Jacqueline, Muriel (Joseph), Earl (Donna), Brenda (Donald), James (Suk Kyong), Sylvia (Andre'), and Claire (Albert). Daughter of the late Earl and Mattie Coleman. Sister of the late Brennetter White Coleman. Adopted sister of Cornelius Edinburgh. Aunt of the late Charmaine White Miller. Mother in law of the late Dennis C. Minor. Sister in law of Mary P. Wallace, Ernestine Sara, and the late Milton White, Sr. Also survived by 23 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, 2 godchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age 92 years. A native of Paincourtville, La. and a resident of New Orleans, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Zion Travelers First Baptist Church, priest and parishioners of Blessed Sacrament St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, City of Love FGBC, Institute of Divine Metaphysical Research, and neighboring churches and KPC Ladies Auxiliary CT 22 are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at Zion Travelers First Baptist Church, 406 Adams St., New Orleans, La. on Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Irvin Scales officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church. Interment: Pilgrim Baptist Church Cemetery-Paincourtville, La.
