Wife of Frank Stemley, Sr. Mother of Shangernice Stemley and Frank (Ebony) Stemley, Jr. Grandmother of Frank III and Ebony Stemley. Daughter of the late Isiah Franklin, Jr. and Alberta Johnson Franklin. Sister of Isiah III, Michael, Stacey (Maxie), and Dwayne (Sharonda) Franklin, Alberta C. (Ernest Jr.) Taylor, Carolyn F. Ross, Bridgette Franklin, Elsie J. Rose, Shirley C. Ricard, Sybil J. Bertrand and the late Louis Davis, Jr. Godmother of Donell Charles, Bruce Ross, Sr., DeJoshua Williams, Nikia Trask, Raheem Watts, Shania Taylor and Ra'Jaeh Green. Niece of Octave Franklin, Sr. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age 58 years. A native of New Orlenas, LA and lifelong resident of Algiers, La.
