Elizabeth Every Harris

Elizabeth (Nanane) Every Harris, native of Thibodaux, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA at the age of 88, departed this life on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 3:00 a.m., at the home of her niece. Wife of the late Joseph Harris, Sr. Stepmother of Katheryn Jones, Carolyn Harris, the late Emile and Rose Harris and adopted daughter, Rachel Shaunte Harris. Devoted grandmother of Jalen C. Lewis and Angel Spears Daughter of the late Adam and Amy Adams Avery. Sister of Leotha E. Triggs, the late Virginia Watkins, Earl, Clarence, Ernest and Lloyd Harris. Sister-in-law of Rose Every. Devoted aunt of Elder Linda Faggin. Godmother of Patricia and Barbara Every and the late Corine Charles, also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to Amanda Plaisance, Bianca and Colette Joseph along with the staff of Anioma Living Services and St. Joseph Hospice.
