Rev. Alexander W. Williams, Sr., an employee of Wal-Mart, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Marrero Healthcare Center. He was an associate minister at New Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and a former employee of General Motors in Detroit, Mi. Son of the late Clara Bazille and Floyd H. Williams, Jr. Husband of Cassandra Nevil Williams. Loving father of Wayne (Christy) Franklin of San Antonio, Tx., Alexander W. (Lori) Williams, Sr. of Houston, Tx., Chareese Williams and Edwin L. Williams. Stepfather of Timothy Nevil. Brother of Floyd H. (Linda) Williams III. Also survived by former wife and mother of his children Nathalie Nelson, 8 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 59 years. A native and resident of Algiers, La. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of New Home Family Worship Center and all neighboring churches; employees of Wal-Mart and L. B.
