Leroy "Choochie" Williams entered into eternal rest on Thursday, March 7, 2013. Son of the late Royal and Ethel Smith Williams. Husband of the late Lenda Reddick Williams. Father of Reginald (Lorita), Merlin and Alyssa Williams (Dennis) and Trisha Williams-Jones (Walter). Grandfather of Jena, Blaise and Brandi Williams, Dorron, Dallin and Dracen Sylve. Great-grandfather of Jallen O'Neal and Quinten Williams. Brother of Gerald Williams (Josephine), Joyce Stevens (Anthony), Lois Kirk, Linda Madison (Wilton) and Ethel Williams (Reginald). Companion of Earlie Mae St. Ann. Nephew of Amelian Adams. Son-in-law of the late Lawrence and Helen Davis Reddick. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age 72 years. A native and lifelong resident of Nairn, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Greater Mt. Sinai Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Nairn Enterprise, Plaquemines Parish Government and United Medical Rehab Hospital are invited to attend the Homegoing Celebration at Greater Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 29754 Hwy. 23, Port Sulphur, LA on Saturday, March 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Allen Johnson, officiating. Visitation from 8:30 a.m. until service time at the church.
