Patricia "Tootsie" Mills Alexie, a former dispatcher with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office departed this life at her daughter's residence in Lafitte, La. on Sunday, March 17, 2013. Wife of the late Vincent J. Alexie, Sr. Mother of Leonard "Smokey" McNeely, Jr., and Heidi "Nicki" (Barry) Parria. Grandmother of Chelsea Dauzat, Darrian Parria, and Brianna Parria. Great grandmother of Bailey Brandon. Daughter of the late Arland "Whitey" Mills and Inez Mills. Sister of Ricky Mills, Sr., Rosemary Duplessis, Dolores Wroten, Glenda Mills, Donna Soltow, the late Bonnie "Honky" Mills, David Mills and Arland "Hezzie" Mills, also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age: 59 years a native of Algiers, La. and a resident of Gretna, La.
