Paula Thompson Jones

Paula Anntoinette Thompson Jones departed this life on Monday, March 25, 2013, at the age of 52. She was a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Thibodaux, La. Loving mother of Gary L. (Dawn) Jones, Sr., Lindsey Jones (Milton) Scott, and Natari G. Jones. Grandmother of Damahri Rickson and Gary Jones, Jr. Financee of Junius Hawkins, Jr. Daughter of Dorothy and Leon Thompson, Jr. Sister of Eric (Anatola) Thompson, Sr., Karen (Byron) Lee, and Leon Thompson, III. , also survived by her former husband and father of her children Kenneth Jones, and a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church, Second Zion Baptist Church, New Zion Baptist Church, Springhill Baptist Church of Ellisville, Ms. and priest and parishioners of St. Luke Catholic Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the Funeral Service at St. Mary Missionary Baptist Church, 6223 6th Ave. Marrero, La. on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Edward Joseph, III-officiating Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
