Louise "Lou" "Weezy" Penn Bartholomew departed this life on Monday, April 15, 2013. Loving mother of Carla (Kevin) Banks, Rendell, Carita, and Karen Bartholomew. Grand-mother of Dynastii, Kevin, Jr., Kristian, Michaela and the late Veronica Bartholomew. Great- grandmother of Roman Banks Steele. Daughter of the late Leevella (George) Tucker, and Oliver Penn. Niece of the late Martha Burns and Shirley Tucker. Also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Age 64 years. A native of Vicksburg, Ms. and a resident of Houston, Tx.
