Stepmother of Curtis and Cameron Miller. Daughter of Ronald Bevley, Sr. and Robertine Allen Bevley. Sister of Ronald Bevley, Jr. Maternal granddaughter of the late Robert Selestan and Geraldine Allen and paternal granddaughter of the late John Henry Bevley and Lula Mae Bevley. Age 40 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA. Rhonda was employed by various establishments and was an entrepreneur.
