Oliver Rudison

Oliver Rudison, known by family and friends as "Rudi", entered into his heavenly home on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the age of 87. He was a native of Greensburg, La. and a resident of New Orleans, La. Son of the late Clarence and Nancy Donahue Rudison. Former husband of Louise Rudison. Father of Marie Rudison, Darrell Edmond and Gregory Wright all of Hammond, La., Tammie Edmond of Evergreen, Al. and two decease daughters. Stepfather of Johnnie J. Johnson and Brenda J. Mitchell. Sisters of Iceola Rudison Johnson of Denham Springs, La., Phinese Rudison of Baton Rouge, La. and the late Harry, Louis, Mazie and Mary Jane Rudison, Helen Rudison Wells and Dorothy Rudison Burton; also survived by a host of many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service at Davis Mortuary Service, 230 Monroe St. Gretna, La. on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Pastor Lionel Hester of Morning Glory Fellowship Church, officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
