Mother of Jean Lewis Nichols, Joyce Lewis Lyons (Joseph Lionel Lyons) and Lizette Lewis Randolph (Derek). Grandmother of Chante' and Crystal Randolph. Daughter of the late David and Evelyn Jones. Sister of Nicholas Jones (Florence), Helen Jones Green and the late David and Edward Jones, Estelia J. Hammond and Bernice J. Davis. Sister-in-law of Sandy Jones. Godmother of Sylvia Davis Adam. Also survived by a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and the family dog, Rocky. Age 86 years. A native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Algiers, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Greater Providence Baptist Church, St. Paul the Apostle Church, Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church of Algiers, LA, Mt. Hermon Baptist Church and all neighboring churches; employees of Children's Hospital, Sewerage and Water Board, former employees of Hibernia and Capital One Banks, Orleans Parish School System, L. B.
