Allee "Mother" B. Vicks Becnel, another soldier found her way home on Sunday, June 16, 2013 at her residence. Devoted wife of Lawrence "Toby" Becnel, Jr. Mother of Beverly Becnel-Jones, Denise Y. Becnel-Warren, Lynette E. Becnel-Dorsey, Scottie "Redd" Becnel and the late Karen and Darryl Becnel. Grandmother of Damiun(Sharon)Becnel, Nichols Lyons, Reginald Becnel, Joseph Becnel, Devin Becnel, Kenneth T. Dorsey, II, Brandon Theo Dorsey, Ezekiel Dorsey, and Tamara Becnel. Great grandmother of Damiun, Jr., Camen, and Travon. Daughter of the late Arthur and Eunice Vicks. Sister of the late Gerald and Arthur Vicks, Jr., also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and other love ones. Age: 78 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Bridge City, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officer, and members of Second Salvation Baptist Church and all neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Second Salvation Baptist Church 212 Marrero St. Bridge City, La. on Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
