Horace Peter departed this life at his residence on Saturday, June 29, 2013. Son of the late Eddie, Sr. and Maryann Peters. Brother of Joseph and Eddie Peters, Janie Henry, Evelyna London, Barbara Williams, Audrey Perkins, and the late Wilfred Banks, Sterlin Mayers, Wilbert , Eddie, II, and William Wardell Peters, and Carolyn Perkins Sanders. Uncle of the late Maryann Deal, Aaron Peters, Byan and Ryan Williams, II., also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends . Age: 63 years a native of Gretna, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at Davis Mortuary Service 6820 Westbank Expressway Marrero, La. on Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named parlor.
