Grace Moore Heard

Grace Moore Heard, age 74, departed this life on Tuesday, July 23, 2013. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. She retired from Celotex as a folk lift driver after 30 years of service, and had also worked as truck driver at Todd Shipyard. Loving mother of Eric Rankin, Sr., and Tammy Louise M. James. Grandmother of Eric, Jr., Kerry, Erica, and Janelle Rankin, Angelica (Aaron Barth Verdun, Sr.) Darrell, Grace, Kyle, Reginald, Amber, and DeAngela James. Great grandmother of Aaron Barth Verdun, Jr. Daughter of the late Clarence Moore, Sr. and Theresa L. Jackson Moore. Sister of Stanley Moore, Sr., Doris M. Singleton, Fay T. Moore, Leslie Moore and the late Delores M. Richardson, Clarence Jr., and Clayton Moore, Jr.; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of New Life Fellowship Ministries, Mt.
