Ethel R. Camp

Ethel Ruffin Camp departed this earthly life and entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 17, 2013. Beloved mother of Charlie, Sr. (Barbara) Camp, Elouise (Eric, Sr.) Hogan, and the late Percy and Harry Camp. Daughter of the late Elijah and Mary Ruffin. Sister of Albertha Ruffin, also survived by 17 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephew, cousins other relatives and friends. Age: 87 years a native of White Castle, La. and a resident of Avondale, La. since 1946 Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of Little Zion Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Little Zion Baptist Church 433 Avondale Garden Rd. Avondale, La. on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Nelson Waits, officiating Visitation will begin at 9:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
