Viola Watts Hayes entered into eternal rest on Monday, August 19, 2013 at her residence. Wife of the late Sidney Hayes. Mother of Ruth Martin, Flora Garrison, Robert Hayes, Elder Sadie Mason, Sidney Hayes, Elijha Hayes, Willie J. Hayes of Detroit, MI., Roberta Moore of Montgomery, AL. Daughter of the late Elijah Watts and Mary Moses Watts, also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Age: 103 years a native of Orrville, AL. and a resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers, and members of Greater Mount Calvary Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at Greater Mount Calvary Baptist Church 1600 Westwood Dr. Marrero, LA. on Monday, August 26, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Elder Terry Gullage officiating Visitation will begin at 8:00a.m. until service time at the above named church.
