Glenda Ann Ruffin Stewart, a former cook at Belle Chasse State School, departed this life on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at West Jefferson Medical Center. Loving and devoted mother of Kendric, Quvadias and Chernika Ruffin and Kelley Stewart. Daughter of the late Anna Mae and Ceasar Ruffin, Sr. Granddaughter of the late Mary Ross, Williams Ross, Olivia Ruffin and Wesley Ruffin, Sr. Sister of Ceasar (Sharon) Ruffin, Jr., Sidney Ruffin, Weldon (Lorraine) Ruffin, Webster (Glendora) Ruffin, Sylvia Alford, Judy (Shedrick) Jones and Lola Byes; also survived by 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
