Phillip "Fila Phil" Elmor Joseph entered into eternal rest on Sunday, October 13, 2013. He was a graduate of John McDonogh Senior High School. Beloved husband off Chyine M. Joseph. Devoted father of Janay and Jayce Davis. Stepfather of Marco, Magic and Mariah Henderson. Loving son of Sharon Joseph and Phillip Glenn. Step son of Isabella Glenn. Grandson of Lionell Glenn, Phyllis Joseph, Robert Bowie and the late Mary Joseph and Reynolds Joseph. Brother of Paul, Sr. (Caprice), Sonja (Rashawn), Robert and Ramon Joseph, Phillinika and Phillip Pierre. Nephew of Lionel, III (Rochon), Kevin, Clarence (Valerie), and Troy (Sarah) Glenn, Pamela (Michael, Sr.) Ferdinand, Ernest Joseph, Cherry Ann (Christopher) Allen and Donna Wilson. Son-in-law of Irma Alexis and Anthony Lindsey. Godson of Kim Miles. Godfather of Nigel Mingo; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, other relatives and friends. Age: 31 years a native and lifelong resident of New Orleans, LA.
