Arthur Lee, Jr. entered into rest on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at his residence. Beloved husband of Linda Poole Lee. Father of Lydia L. (Eddie) Charles, Arthur Lee, III, Patrice A. Lee, Broc'Javore (Coretta) Lee and the late Arthur (Melanie) Jones Grandfather of the late Ashley Charles. Son of the late Arthur Lee, Sr. and Anna Mae Walker. Grandson of the late Ishmell and Dosie Brown and Ceola Ankum. Brother of Wanda (Derek) Styles and Marion Moody. Son in law of the late Myrtle Poole. Brother in law of Myrna (James) Davis, Harold, William (Lilly), Murphy (Bennie), Don (Carliss) Poole and the late Dianna Kent, also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends from Louisville, Ky. Age: 68 years a native of New Orleans, La. and a resident of Marrero, La. Relatives and friends of the family also pastors, officers, and members of First African Baptist Church and neighboring churches are invited to attend the funeral service at First African Baptist Church 535 Richard St. Gretna, La. on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 10:00a.m. Rev. Clarence J. Watkins officiating Visitation will begin at 8:30a.m. until service time at the above named church. Interment: Woodlawn Park Memorial Cemetery-Westwego, La.
